1. Using SwatiList

By creating an account or posting an ad you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to post ads or contact sellers.

2. Your ads

You are responsible for what you post. Ads must be honest, legal in the Kingdom of Eswatini, placed in the right category and only show photos you have the right to use. One item per ad, and no duplicate ads.

3. Prohibited items

Weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit items, adult content, wildlife products and anything illegal in Eswatini are not allowed. We may remove any ad without notice.

4. Deals between users

SwatiList is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee items, payments or the people you deal with.

5. Paid promotions

Featured and boosted placements are visibility services. They do not guarantee a sale and are not refundable once active, unless required by law.

6. Accounts

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, receive repeated reports or attempt fraud.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
